The result is something that has been planned, built and installed with genuine enthusiasm and pride.
Our furniture is completely bespoke which means we don't have standard sizes for our cupboards.
We produce the finest quality furniture with original style and individual design.
Cornerhouse furniture is handcrafted in Suffolk.
- DESIGN -
Creating your new kitchen will involve careful planning and preparation. It's a time consuming but enjoyable part of the process! We recommend
starting work as early as possible as this helps ensure your requirements
have been fully understood and addressed within the design.
We listen carefully and aim to deliver a
kitchen that exceeds your expectations.
Our Design and Quotation service is without obligation. For new build homes and extensions we initially work from your plans; refurbishment projects generally involve a visit to your home where detailed measurements are taken.

Once your Design and Quotation is ready we arrange a further meetingng. All elements of the project can be discussed including paint colours, work-surfaces and appliances.
We offer a Free Standard Design service.

- PRICES -
A guide price for a complete Cornerhouse kitchen including appliances, work surfaces, installation and our Handcrafted Furniture would be from around £25k. The following information is for guidance only
Budget
Try and have an overall project cost in mind before you start. We can discuss this and guide you about how your budget is best assigned.
Appliances
Make a list of all the appliances you require and the features that are important to you. We can help you with an appliance estimate and if you do have favourite brands then you'll also be able to get an accurate idea of cost on-line. We are main agents for Siemens appliances but we manufacture our furniture to suit any brand. You are welcome to supply your own appliances if you wish.
Worksurfaces
There is a huge range of materials and we'll guide you through all the options. Natural and Engineered stones remain a popular choice and installed prices start from around £3500 upwards. Cost varies according to material, fabrication work and the size of the room. Again, we'll advise more fully at the showroom visit.
Installation
If the project is a new build or extension then Plumbing and Electrical works are usually provided as part of the building project; the kitchen installation cost is therefore lower than a refurbishment. Allow from around £2500 for a typical installation.
Handpainting
Our furniture is supplied in a choice of ColourPrimed tones. This means you choose the colour ways and all the painted items are supplied in these colours. Following the install we recommended that finishing paintwork is applied on site. Allow from around £1000 for this work.
Summary
If you have decided on an overall budget then you can deduct the above costs and the remainder will be your Furniture Budget.
